Fargo Airsho
Located at the Hector International Airport in Fargo, ND; for the last 30+ the Fargo Airsho (yes it is spelt like that believe it or not) has been hosting aerial performances from pilots debuting World War planes, air tricks and stunts, jet powered vehicles such as dragsters and buses, and everyone’s favorite and our country’s renowned Blue Angels. There are many fantastic performances as well as many fascinating things to see and experience. They also host many booths full of information and activities, several of which are hosted my the military branches. There are also many planes that you can go and sit in that is always a favorite for kiddos. I, of course, loved seeing the Blue Angels as well as going to Military booths and visiting with the soldiers and thanking them for their service, I also loved seeing what new jet powered vehicle they had that year (2015). Unfortunately, I didn’t get to go in 2018 or 2019 due to a busy schedule but plan on going in 2021 when it will be back. It is a lot of fun and it bring quite an audience. It is on the pricier side, if I remember correctly it was roughly $35.00/person for adult, $15/person for 11-17 years old, and 0-10 are free. Also I super highly recommend sunscreen too! It is all outside and there is not a whole lot of shade, this is a summer time event people. Their gates open at 9 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. and parking onsite is $5.00 cash only. I do highly recommend going to it at least once, people from all over the country come to the Fargo Airsho to see these historic planes and see the spectacular performances. Now one last thing before you make you plans to head on over to the Fargo Airsho this year, this isn’t an annual thing, there isn’t a show for 2020 so keep an eye on their website, also check out their website for more information and any questions you may have.
