If you’ve ever been down in southern U.S. you may have noticed barns along the highways that have “See Rock City” painted on their roofs and on the side of the barns. Some of you may know what is, other not so much. Rock City is located outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee at Lookout Mountain. It was mentioned in two diaries during the Civil War, one was in the diary of a Union Soldier, the other a Confederate Nurse, that from the top you could see 7 states.
